Engineer/ Call Out Charges

 

The following charges apply to have our engineers visit your premises and carry out networking and installation services. They also apply to repairs and upgrades carried out at the NetworkStar workshop.

 

Private/ Commercial

 

• Rate per hour: $95

 

Families/ VSO/ Non-commercial

 

• Rate per hour: $75

 

Registered Charities on Support Contracts

 

• Rate per hour (plus travel time): $55

 

Basic IT Support

 

Rates for monthly contracts are negotiated dependent on the size and needs of the organisation. NetworkStar is confident that our IT support costs are significantly lower than standard market rates, whilst being of extremely high quality.Contact us for a quote.

 

We have a charitable support scheme for organisations who have limited finances available for IT support. These discounted rates are:

 

• 1-6 machines: $12
• 7-12 machines: $10
• 13+ machines: variable

 

Organisations who are interested in applying for the charitable IT support rates should contact NetworkStar about the application procedure. Only registered charities or non profit organisations are eligible to apply.

Wireless Networks Charges

 

• Wireless configuration and installation ($200).

IT Equipment

 

For refurbished machines with monitor and warranty.
